The adidas Yeezy Knit Runner Boot « Sulfur » is set to release on November 13, 2021, at select retailers, on /yeezy and the adidas CONFIRMED app, with a suggested retail price of 250$. It appears thick with sharp spike-like finishes. The yellow sole has been reworked to accentuate comfort and performance during the winter months. From there, a sculptural sole with accentuated treads completes the design. The base of the Knit RNR Boot mimics the original Knit RNR Sulfur, a low-top slip-on Yeezy that debuted earlier in the fall of 2021. To ensure warmth and speed, the closure is done with a Velcro embroidered in black. With a cast-like construction, the adidas Yeezy Knit RNR Boot Sulfur features a woven upper with a two-way velcro enclosure. The beige knit goes up to the ankle where a khaki collar appears, transforming this low top into a boot.
It’s adorned with the same yellow aesthetic « dipped » on the lower half of the foot. This new interpretation keeps the same « Sulfur » colorway as the Low version. Just like the Yeezy NSTLD (article also availble on this site), the other new boot in the fall/winter 2021 catalog, this shoe was previewed in March 2020, during the Yeezy Season 8.
